First sessions for Individual, Couple's, and Family Therapy typically are scheduled for 75 minutes. This allows time for payment, completing and reviewing forms, questions, and the intake interview.

Out of Network Provided Services
You will be provided a receipt for services rendered for you to submit to your insurance company if you like. Completely Psyched does not bill for insurance, does not accept direct third party payments from insurance companies, and does not belong to insurance panels except for those In-Network insurance companies listed above. However, many insurance companies will reimburse you for services you receive that are out of their network, and you may also file your own claims through your employer.
If you have a Health Care Reimbursement or Flex Spending Account you should check with your insurance company and ask the following:
Are out of network providers covered?
If the answer yes, ask if mental health services renderd by Licensed Professional Counselors are eligible for coverage under you plan?
What is my deductible for mental health services?
Is there an annual maximum limit on coverage?
After getting this basic information make a decision about whether you want insurance to cover your expenses or do you want to pay for the services yourself. Some people do not mind having a mental health diagnosis on record with their insurance, while others prefer to keep their therapy private. You are encouraged to discuss the pros and cons with Dr. Wilson if you are unsure. You should be aware that if you plan to file claims, you must be given an appropriate mental health diagnosis by Dr. Wilson.
If you decide to file insurance, you will pay Dr. Wilson at each session, you will be given a receipt for the session, and can then file for reimbursement from your insurance. You may choose to submit all your claims at the end of each month, but how often you file is up to you. Most insurance companies have a limit as to how much time can elapses before a claim must be filed. Check with your company to find out what that time limit may be.
For your convenience, Dr. Wilson accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card ,Discover,and American Express. Checks are not accepted.
